During this busy shipping season why don't you add a little something special in with your packaging.
Maybe some handmade gift tags or a handmade ornament that your customer can hang on their tree. A sheet of gift tags would be nice. Each time your customer places one of these tags on a gift they will think of your shop. Maybe use a die-cast cut out on old Christmas cards and tie bakers twine to each one. That would make a nice gift for your customer as well.
Think of something fun that your customer can add to their holiday gift giving. That will make their order from you that much more special.
